Training is an event at Cosmic Management Services. Four types of ‘opportunities to learn’ are embedded in all training activity (exercises, games, role-plays, case studies...) to lead to the development of the desired skilled behavior. Modus Operandi

(for engaging our Facilitative Training Services) 

We believe that Training can live up to expectations of individual and organizational performance improvement. This requires organizations to prepare and act in a particular way: before a training program and then again after a training program. This makes the content imparted during training in being transferred to the workplace in a way that enhances productivity, effectiveness and performance.

1. On receiving an enquiry we interact with the client as well as some prospective trainees to establish the training need and preparation required to be able to use the results from the training program.
2. This is converted into a proposal which after discussion with the client is formalized into a contract for training.
3. We then prepare a training primer containing: a letter clarifying benefits of training, defining performance expectations, to identified participants; detailed time-table; reading material, for replication and distribution to participants.
4. After the training program/event we prepare a report outlining the broad course that the training took and the learning resulting from it, along with action prompts for the participants.

We will be willing to ideate, develop and facilitate customized training programs that will lead to evolution of Solutions for Better Enterprise for your organization.
