Who We Are

Amar Chegu is the Chief Consultant and Director of Cosmic Management Services Pvt. Ltd. He is a B.Com (Hons) graduate, an MBA and a Certified Management Consultant, with over sixteen years of experience. In the last decade Amar has consulted, trained and educated people and organizations on assuming risk to achieve meaningful objectives. Amar’s consulting work in Organization Development (OD) requires him to focus on prospective patterns, paradigms, mental models for facilitating appreciation of organization potential, and using systems thinking for building organizational effort. In his training programs, he engages with participants through structured activity, exercises, games, role-plays to comprehend the legerdemain that is perception, appreciate the role of change in pursuing opportunities, and facilitating the learning of new, utile behaviors. He brings the rigor of financial analysis, the warmth of his people orientation, and appreciation of organizational vibrancy, to all his work.  Besides Consulting, Amar is active in academia, as well. He has facilitated learning in Organization Development, Organizational Behavior, General Management and Strategy.
